2026 Fiscal Year Dues Payment Process

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE PAYING YOUR DUES

  1. The chapter will be collecting on-time dues July 1 - September 30th.

  2. Please visit your profile in the Sisters Only section of the National website (deltasigmatheta.org | Members Portal | Sisters Only) to make sure all of the information is accurate and current. The information you enter on the Dues Payment Form should match the information in your profile on the National website.
    If you need assistance with updating your profile or accessing your credentials, please reach out to technology@dstwac.org.

  3. The dues payment process is mostly electronic. The form was built for the most prevalent dues payment scenarios. If you have a special case or do not fall within the parameters laid out in the form, please reach out to financialsecretary@dstwac.org for further instructions.

  4. For clarity and minimal confusion, the form will automatically calculate your dues owed.
    For a quick overview on costs:
    *National Dues are $200
    *Local Dues are $250
    *any other charges or credits may be applied on the form

  5. There are four methods you can use to pay your dues. Before you fill out the form, it is best you know what method you will use to pay:

    • Pay in full with check, money order, or cashier’s check mailed to chapter PO Box.

    • Pay National Dues, Fees, and Donations with a credit card and Local Dues via PayPal.

    • Pay National Dues, Fees, and Donations with a credit card and Local Dues via a check, money order, or cashier’s check mailed to chapter PO Box.

    • Pay in full with PayPal (additional fees apply with this method).

  6. You can start filling out the form and save it to complete later. You do not have to complete the process in one sitting.

  7. A copy of your completed form will be emailed to you upon completion.

IMPORTANT NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING VIA PAYPAL

PayPal will charge the chapter a fee for every payment made using their service. Both direct from bank payments and credit card payments incur this fee. So you MUST:

  1. Use the link PayPal.me/dstwac to pay your dues

  2. Find and UNCHECK the Goods and services box before submitting your payment
    You should be able to find this checkbox on the second screen of the payment process and you may have to scroll up on your window to see it.
